Discover how we help UNAM through the technological synergy established between our certified specialists and the proper implementation of AWS solutions. Achieving a solid infrastructure that supports high demands and optimizes costs.
The challenge:
The increase in academic requirements and the implementations they execute in Moodle for their university programs represented a challenge to maintain the continuity of their operation. Its infrastructure had also been overwhelmed at a time when its IT budget was limited.
What did we do?:
On an AWS infrastructure, separate accounts were used for different projects required at the institution. To do this, our specialists proposed as a first requirement the use of mass storage for log backups, relying on AWS solutions with the aim of achieving historical compliance.
Subsequently, they required as a proof of concept the Moodle infrastructure platforms, in which they designed and implemented a solid 2-layer architecture. All this following the best practices of Moodle architecture (web/application and database).
The results:
Have the backup that mass storage represents in AWS for log backups.
Rely on a solid architecture that allows them to meet the demand of their academic programs.
Find the right solution according to your needs and budget.
Have the accompaniment and support of a partner with extensive experience.
See you in the Cloud!
Just like UNAM, your educational institution can have a resilient infrastructure to withstand high demands. By choosing AWS solutions with our cloud-centric approach, the economic and technological benefits are reflected in cost optimization and service efficiency.
